gates at the bottom of the stairs to keep dogs downstairs.


What's the difference between the cottages?
1 Nidd View has a shower over bath, off street parking and a washer/drier in the kitchen.
6 Nidd View has 2 shower rooms with loos - 1 is in a converted outhouse with a separate workspace/utility room with washer/drier.
It also has an enclosed garden - ideal for dogs.
What does the rent include?
Electricity, Oil for Central Heating, Fibre Broadband, Council Tax, Water, TV Licence, Window Cleaning.
What if you need to stay longer?
We will do our best to let you stay on. Building work can often take longer than planned.
Who rents our cottages?
Most of our guests are people looking for a house to let near Wetherby.
They don't want the 6 or 12 month contracts that most traditional landlords and letting agents demand.
They don't want to pay high nightly Airbnb rates when they are staying for a month or more.
Most of them live in Wetherby or surrounding villages such as Bilton in Ainsty, Bickerton, Tockwith, Green Hammerton, Kirk Hammerton, Whixley, Kirk Deighton and North Deighton, in North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
Why should you consider our temporary accommodation?

Both 2 bedroom houses are set in a rural lane just off the main street of Cattal.
It's roughly half way between Harrogate and York a mile and a half off the A59 and just north of Wetherby.
You can enjoy peace and quiet because:
